For the purposes of these Terms, all such content is collectively referred to as “Virtual Goods.”
2. Nature of Virtual Goods
Virtual Goods are not physical products.
When you purchase a Virtual Good, you do not acquire ownership of the Virtual Good itself. Instead, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable digital right to use the Virtual Good within the relevant application or game.
Virtual Goods:
- Cannot be redeemed for real money.
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be used outside the application.
- Cannot be sold, transferred, rented, exchanged, traded, or assigned to another account without our prior written permission.
- May not be used in violation of applicable laws, platform rules, or the Terms of Service.
3. Purchase Transactions
Purchases of Virtual Goods may be made through Google Play, Apple App Store, or other authorized application stores and payment infrastructures in accordance with the rules of the relevant platform.
Payment transactions are processed by the applicable platform. Payment method information, such as payment card or bank card details, is generally not stored by us.
For the purposes of purchase verification and assigning Virtual Goods to your account, we may process the following information:
- Product ID,
- Transaction ID,
- Order number,
- Purchase Token,
- Platform receipt,
- Purchase date,
- Type of purchased product,
- Price and currency information,
- Delivery and usage status,
- Account and user identifiers.
4. Pre-Purchase Information
Before each purchase, the essential characteristics, price, quantity, duration, usage conditions, and any limitations of the Virtual Good will be displayed within the application.
Users should carefully review the information presented before completing a purchase.
Product descriptions, prices, quantities, durations, and features displayed on the purchase screen form an integral part of these Terms.
5. Delivery and Use
Virtual Goods are assigned to the user's account or in-app inventory as soon as reasonably possible after successful payment confirmation by the relevant platform.
Some Virtual Goods may be available for immediate use. Others may require completion of certain tasks, reaching a specific level, maintaining an internet connection, account verification, application updates, or fulfillment of other technical requirements.
Delivery may be delayed due to technical issues, connection interruptions, platform delays, or verification errors. In such cases, users may contact us for assistance.
6. Consumable and Permanent Virtual Goods
Virtual Goods may be categorized according to their nature.
6.1. Consumable Virtual Goods
Consumable Virtual Goods are products that may decrease or be exhausted when used.
Examples include:
- Virtual currency,
- Lives,
- Energy,
- Tokens,
- Gems,
- In-game credits,
- Single-use boosts,
- Additional attempts,
- Consumable in-game items.
Once used, spent, or consumed, these products are generally not refundable.
6.2. Permanent or Ongoing Virtual Goods
Some Virtual Goods may provide permanent or long-term usage rights.
Examples include:
- Characters,
- Costumes,
- Map packs,
- Level packs,
- Ad-free usage packages,
- Full version unlocks,
- Permanent feature unlocks.
Unless otherwise specified on the purchase screen, access to such Virtual Goods continues within the relevant application or game account.
6.3. Time-Limited Virtual Goods
Certain Virtual Goods may be time-limited.
Examples include:
- Season passes,
- Event passes,
- Daily or weekly boosts,
- Special features available for a limited period,
- Limited-time access to maps or missions.
The validity period of time-limited products is clearly displayed on the purchase screen.
When the validity period expires, the product terminates automatically. Except where mandatory legal rights apply, no refunds are provided for unused time or unused rights.
7. Virtual Currency and In-Game Values
Applications or games may contain virtual currency, points, gems, gold, tokens, credits, or similar digital values.
These values may only be used within the relevant application or game.
Virtual currency and in-game values:
- Are not real money.
- Do not constitute electronic money, cryptocurrency, a payment instrument, or an investment instrument.
- Cannot be used to make payments outside the application.
- Cannot be converted into real money.
- Cannot be transferred to another user or account without our permission.
Purchased and unused virtual currency or in-game credits will not be arbitrarily terminated, subject to applicable laws and platform rules.
However, access may be restricted in cases involving cheating, fraud, payment reversals, chargebacks, unauthorized use, account termination, security risks, or violations of the Terms of Service.
8. Randomized Items, Loot Boxes, and Chance-Based Content
Certain games may include randomized Virtual Goods mechanisms such as loot boxes, crates, packs, or similar systems.
Where such mechanisms are used:
- The types of items that may be obtained are disclosed.
- The probabilities or selection methods are displayed to users before purchase.
- Users are not provided with misleading, incomplete, or deceptive information.
- Age restrictions, regional restrictions, or additional warnings may be applied where necessary.
Randomized Virtual Goods mechanisms are not designed as gambling, betting, or real-money prize systems.
Virtual Goods cannot be redeemed for real money.
9. Discounts, Promotions, and Bundles
Virtual Goods may occasionally be offered through discounts, bundles, promotional campaigns, or special offers.
The duration, scope, pricing, included products, and any limitations of such promotions will be specified within the application.
The expiration of a promotion does not create any retroactive right to claim price differences or additional benefits for previous purchases.
Promotions may vary depending on the user, country, platform, application version, device, account status, or technical conditions.
10. Free Virtual Goods
Virtual Goods may be provided free of charge through advertisement viewing, mission completion, participation in events, daily login rewards, reward systems, or promotional activities.
Free Virtual Goods:
- May not provide the same rights as paid products.
- May be subject to specific durations or conditions.
- May be removed in cases of misuse, cheating, technical errors, or the end of a promotion.
- Do not create any entitlement to monetary compensation or refunds.
11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Right of Withdrawal
Virtual Goods are digital content delivered instantly and performed immediately in an electronic environment. Therefore, once you approve a purchase, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (refund right) under the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Refund requests are subject solely to the refund policies of the platform through which the transaction was completed (Google Play or Apple App Store).
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- The Virtual Good has been assigned to the account.
- The Virtual Good has begun to be used.
- Virtual currency has been spent.
- A consumable product has been consumed.
- Digital content has been opened or made accessible.
- The user has benefited from the purchased advantage after the transaction.
However, any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain reserved.
If a refund is approved by the platform, the corresponding Virtual Good, virtual currency, access right, or benefit may be removed from the user's account.
If content obtained through a refunded purchase has already been used, adjustments, deductions, access restrictions, or similar technical actions may be applied to the account.
12. Incorrect Purchases, Delivery Issues, and Support
If a purchased Virtual Good is not delivered to your account, the wrong product is assigned, or you experience a technical issue, you may contact us.
The following information may be required when submitting a support request:
- User ID,
- Application name,
- Purchase date,
- Product name,
- Platform,
- Order number,
- Transaction ID or Purchase Token,
- Screenshot or platform receipt.
After the necessary review, we may reassign the product, apply a technical correction, direct you to the platform’s refund process, or provide another appropriate solution.
13. Prices and Taxes
Prices of Virtual Goods are displayed within the application and/or on the relevant platform purchase screen.
Prices may vary depending on the country, currency, platform, taxes, exchange rates, promotions, or platform pricing rules.
Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant platform may apply local taxes, fees, or platform charges.
Prices may be changed without prior notice.
Price changes do not create retroactive rights regarding completed purchases.
14. Platform Rules
Purchases of Virtual Goods are also subject to the rules of Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant application marketplace.
In the event of any conflict between platform rules and these Terms, the mandatory rules of the relevant platform shall prevail.
Users are responsible for the security of their platform accounts, the authorized use of payment methods, and any family or parental control settings associated with their accounts.
15. Account, Device, and Platform Changes
Some Virtual Goods may be linked to a user account, some to a device, and others to a platform account.
Cross-platform transfers may not always be possible. For example, a product purchased through Google Play may not be transferable to an Apple App Store version due to technical limitations or platform rules.
Unless otherwise specified on the purchase screen or within the application, Virtual Goods may only be used within the application, game, account, or platform through which they were purchased.
16. Account Deletion and Virtual Goods
If a user deletes their account, they may lose access to game progress, Virtual Goods, virtual currency, characters, levels, maps, ranks, profile customizations, and other digital rights.
Account deletion may be irreversible.
Before deleting an account, users should review any unused Virtual Goods and in-game rights associated with their account.
Mandatory legal rights and platform rules remain reserved.
17. Cheating, Misuse, and Unauthorized Activities
Access to Virtual Goods may be restricted, products may be revoked, accounts may be suspended, or accounts may be terminated in the following situations:
- Use of cheats, bots, exploits, macros, or unauthorized software.
- Payment fraud.
- Use of unauthorized payment methods.
- Chargebacks or malicious payment reversals.
- Violations of platform rules.
- Manipulation of the in-app economy system.
- Unauthorized sale, transfer, or exchange of Virtual Goods.
- Exploitation of technical errors or vulnerabilities.
- Violation of the rights of other users.
- Conduct that violates the Terms of Service or applicable laws.
In such cases, refunds may not be provided, subject to any mandatory rights granted under applicable law.
18. Technical Errors and Balancing Changes
The effects, usage methods, appearance, names, values, access conditions, or in-game functions of Virtual Goods may be modified due to game balancing, security requirements, technical necessities, user experience improvements, anti-cheat measures, legal obligations, or platform rules.
For example, a character’s strength, an item’s effect, a map’s access conditions, a rank’s appearance, or the usage ratio of an in-game currency may be updated.
Provided that such changes do not completely eliminate the fundamental purpose of the purchased product, they do not automatically create a right to a refund, subject to mandatory rights granted by applicable law.
19. Termination of an Application or Game
An application, game, or service may be updated, suspended, or discontinued for technical, commercial, legal, security, or operational reasons.
In such cases, users will be informed in advance where reasonably possible.
If the service is discontinued, access to Virtual Goods may also end.
Mandatory consumer rights and applicable platform rules remain reserved.
20. Prohibition of Third-Party Sales and Trading
Selling, transferring, renting, auctioning, or exchanging Virtual Goods through external marketplaces, social media groups, websites, messaging applications, or third-party platforms is prohibited.
Such transactions are not recognized or supported by us.
Users are solely responsible for any losses, fraud, account issues, payment problems, or disputes arising from such activities.
21. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
In the event of significant changes, notices may be displayed within the application or renewed acceptance may be required.
The current version of the Terms becomes effective on the date it is published on the website and/or within the application.
