PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in mobile games, educational applications, utility applications, websites, and related digital services developed and operated by Safa Başdemir under the Rasanox brand.

This policy is general in nature. Each application or game may have different features. Therefore, application-specific data processing information may also be provided within the application, in the store description, or on the relevant application page of the website.

3. Types of Data We May Collect

Depending on the features of the application you use, the following categories of data may be processed.

3.1. Account Information

  • Google Play, Apple Game Center, App Store, or similar platform account connections,
  • Login and account verification information,
  • Account creation date and last login date.

3.2. Application and Game Usage Information

Depending on your use of the application or game, the following information may be processed:

  • Score,
  • Game progress,
  • Mission status,
  • Inventory,
  • Virtual currency or virtual goods status,
  • Use of characters, costumes, maps, levels, or similar content,
  • Ranks, achievements, badges, or profile customizations,
  • In-app settings,
  • Language preferences,
  • Session and usage information,
  • Application performance data,
  • Error, crash, and technical logs.

3.3. Purchase and Premium Information

For applications that include premium memberships or in-app purchases, the following information may be processed:

  • Purchased product or subscription type,
  • Premium activation status,
  • Subscription start and end date,
  • Product ID,
  • Transaction ID,
  • Order number,
  • Transaction ID,
  • Purchase token,
  • Platform receipt,
  • Purchase date,
  • Price and currency,
  • Refund, cancellation, or subscription status.

Payment card, debit card, or similar payment method information is generally not stored by us. Payment transactions are handled by Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant payment/platform provider.

3.4. Advertising and Advertising Tracking Information

Some applications may display advertisements. Initially, a non-personalized advertising model is preferred.

For advertising purposes, the following technical information may be processed:

  • Advertisement impressions and click information,
  • Approximate country or region information,
  • Device type,
  • Operating system,
  • Application version,
  • Screen on which the advertisement is displayed,
  • Advertising tracking status,
  • Reward identification information if a rewarded advertisement has been viewed,
  • Technical information used to prevent advertising fraud.

Non-personalized advertisements are not displayed based on a user's past behavior or interest profile. However, certain technical identifiers or device information may be processed for ad delivery, frequency capping, ad security, fraud prevention, and aggregated reporting purposes.

If personalized advertising or tracking across different applications and websites is used, additional information will be provided and separate consent will be obtained where required.

3.5. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some applications may include AI-powered features such as translation, language learning, word explanations, chat functions, content generation, or similar services.

When these features are used, the following information may be processed:

  • Text entered by the user,
  • Prompts sent to the AI system,
  • Translation or response content,
  • Time of use,
  • Technical processing logs.

AI features may operate through OpenAI, Gemini, or similar third-party providers. In such cases, content you submit may be transferred to the relevant provider for the purpose of delivering the service.

When using AI features, users should not enter personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, payment information, health information, identity information, passwords, school information, or other sensitive personal data that does not need to be shared.

No such processing activity takes place in applications that do not include AI features.

3.6. Support and Communication Information

When you contact us, the following information may be processed:

  • Email address,
  • Full name,
  • Message content,
  • Application name,
  • User ID,
  • Device and application version,
  • Purchase or error screenshots,
  • Other information related to the support request.

3.7. Device and Technical Information

For operational, security, advertising, troubleshooting, and performance purposes, the following technical information may be processed:

  • Device model,
  • Operating system,
  • Application version,
  • IP address,
  • Approximate location, such as country or city level,
  • Language and region settings,
  • Crash logs,
  • Performance logs,
  • Session information,
  • Technical identifiers generated by SDKs or platforms.

3.8. Push Notification Information

For applications that use notification features, the following information may be processed:

  • Push token,
  • Notification preferences,
  • Notification opening and interaction information,
  • Device notification permission status.

Where required, separate consent will be obtained for promotional, marketing, discount, or other commercial notifications.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not collect:

  • National identification numbers,
  • Passport information,
  • Residential addresses,
  • Bank card or credit card numbers,
  • Health data,
  • Biometric data,
  • Sensitive personal data such as race, religion, or political opinions.

Users should avoid sharing unnecessary personal or sensitive information in support messages, AI interfaces, or free-text fields.

7. Advertising Policy

Some applications may be offered free of charge and may display advertisements.

Initially, a non-personalized advertising model is preferred. Non-personalized advertisements may be displayed based on limited contextual and technical information such as application content, device type, approximate location, language, country, and the screen where the advertisement appears, rather than on a user's behavioral history or interest profile.

Where rewarded advertisements are available, users voluntarily choose whether to watch them. After a rewarded advertisement is viewed, the corresponding reward, entitlement, or support effect may be granted within the application.

If personalized advertising or advertising technologies that track users across different applications and websites are used, this will be explained separately and the necessary permissions or consents will be obtained.

8. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our applications may use the following types of third-party services or SDKs:

  • Google Play services,
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit services,
  • Google AdMob or similar advertising services,
  • Firebase or similar analytics and crash reporting services,
  • Cloud hosting and server services,
  • Artificial intelligence service providers,
  • In-app purchase verification services,
  • Security and anti-fraud tools,
  • Support and communication services.

Not all applications use the same SDKs. Information regarding which SDKs are used may be specified in an application-specific data table or on the relevant application's privacy page.

Third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms of use. These providers may, in certain cases, act as independent data controllers or data processors.

9. Sharing of Data

Personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with the following persons or organizations:

  • Application stores such as Google Play and Apple App Store,
  • Payment and purchase verification infrastructures,
  • Advertising providers,
  • Analytics and crash reporting providers,
  • Cloud hosting and server providers,
  • Artificial intelligence service providers,
  • Technical support and communication service providers,
  • Legal, financial, or technical advisors,
  • Authorized public institutions and governmental authorities,
  • Persons or entities required for compliance with legal obligations.

Personal data is shared only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.

10. International Data Transfers

Certain third-party services, servers, or service providers may be located outside Türkiye. When services such as Google, Apple, advertising providers, cloud infrastructures, artificial intelligence providers, or similar services are used, personal data may be transferred abroad or become accessible from abroad.

Where international data transfers are required, the necessary legal mechanisms will be evaluated and implemented in accordance with applicable laws. Where explicit consent is required, separate consent may be obtained from the user.

For applications where no international data transfer occurs, this section serves solely as general information.

11. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. When the retention period expires or the reason requiring the processing of the data no longer exists, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Account information is retained as long as the account remains active. If a user deletes their account or submits a data deletion request, the request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

Unless there is another legal basis requiring retention, account information, profile information, in-app settings, game progress, scores, inventories, and other account-related data will be deleted or anonymized.

In cases where technical reasons prevent immediate deletion, the relevant data will be destroyed within a maximum period of 3 months.

Applications that do not require account creation do not store account-related user data. In such applications, only limited technical data necessary for application functionality, advertisement delivery, rewarded advertisement verification, troubleshooting, security, and technical monitoring may be processed.

These temporary technical records are generally deleted or anonymized within 30 days and, where necessary, no later than 90 days.

Rewarded advertisement verification records may be retained for up to 90 days for the purposes of verifying whether an advertisement was viewed, ensuring rewards are correctly granted, resolving technical issues, and preventing advertising fraud.

Error, crash, and performance logs may be retained for up to 90 days for the purposes of analyzing technical issues, ensuring security, and improving service quality.

Support requests and user communication records may be retained for up to 1 year after the request has been resolved. This retention period is applied to demonstrate that a response was provided, offer support regarding the same issue if necessary, and protect our rights in the event of disputes.

Records relating to terms of use, privacy notices, consents, permissions, and similar acceptance records may be retained for up to 3 years after the end of the user relationship for evidentiary purposes, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

Premium membership, subscription, virtual goods, in-app purchase, refund, cancellation, and payment transaction records may be retained for at least 3 years in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Records subject to tax, accounting, or invoicing obligations may generally be retained for 5 years in accordance with applicable laws.

Records relating to cheating, security incidents, misuse, fraud, unauthorized transactions, or payment disputes may be retained for up to 2 years for the purposes of ensuring security, protecting our rights, and preventing misuse.

If there is an ongoing dispute, investigation, official request, or legal proceeding, the relevant records may be retained until the matter is fully resolved.

Records relating to deletion, destruction, or anonymization processes are retained for at least 3 years where required by applicable law.

Certain data may also be processed by Google, Apple, advertising providers, analytics services, artificial intelligence providers, payment platforms, or other third-party service providers. Such providers may apply different retention periods under their own privacy policies.

12. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data.

These measures may include:

  • Restricting unauthorized access,
  • Using secure servers and service providers,
  • Limiting access permissions,
  • Monitoring error and security logs,
  • Data minimization,
  • Deletion of unnecessary data,
  • Applying up-to-date software and security measures.

However, no transmission over the internet or mobile networks can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Children and Users Under the Age of 13

Our applications are not intended for users under the age of 13.

Users under the age of 13 must not use the applications, even with parental or legal guardian permission.

If we become aware that personal data belonging to a user under the age of 13 has been processed, we may delete, anonymize, or restrict access to the relevant account or data in accordance with applicable laws.

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 are encouraged to review this Policy together with their parent or legal guardian before using the applications.

14. User Rights

Under applicable laws, users may have the following rights regarding their personal data:

  • To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
  • To request information regarding processed personal data,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or internationally,

  • To request notification of correction or deletion actions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • To object to outcomes resulting from automated decision-making systems,

15. Account and Data Deletion

For applications that require account creation, users may request the deletion of their account and associated data through the relevant section within the application or by contacting inforasanox@gmail.com.

When an account is deleted:

  • Game progress,
  • In-app records other than premium purchase records,
  • Virtual goods,
  • Virtual currency,
  • Profile information,
  • In-app customizations

may be permanently deleted or become inaccessible.

Purchase records, invoices, transaction records, security records, fraud prevention records, legal compliance records, or dispute-related records may be retained for the required retention period.

16. Device, Platform, and Advertising Preferences

Applications may be supported by advertisements. Therefore, users may not be able to completely disable advertisements within the application.

In some applications, advertisements are displayed only when voluntarily initiated by the user. For example, advertisements may be shown when a user taps buttons such as “Watch Ad,” “Watch an Ad to Support Us,” or “Watch an Ad to Earn a Reward.” Rewarded advertisements will not be displayed unless the user chooses to view them.

In other applications, advertisements may be displayed as part of the normal operation of the free usage model.

Users may manage the following preferences through their device or platform settings:

  • Resetting or deleting the advertising identifier on Android devices,
  • Managing personalized advertising preferences through a Google account,
  • Managing app tracking permissions on iOS devices (on Apple (iOS) devices, access to advertising identifiers (IDFA) and cross-app tracking activities are subject solely to the permission granted through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt),
  • Managing Apple advertising personalization preferences on iOS devices,
  • Enabling or disabling notification permissions,
  • Managing application permissions through device settings.

These settings may not completely stop advertisements from being displayed within the application. However, they may affect advertisement personalization, advertising identifier usage, cross-device or cross-application tracking, and notification delivery.

Initially, a non-personalized advertising model is preferred. Non-personalized advertisements are not displayed based on a user's past behavior or interest profile.

However, limited technical information may be processed for advertisement delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, rewarded advertisement verification, and aggregated reporting purposes.

If personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, or advertising technologies that track users across different applications and websites are used, this will be explained separately and additional consent will be obtained from users where required.

17. Other Websites and Advertisements

Advertisements or links within the application may direct users to third-party websites, applications, or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before using them.

18. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

In the event of significant changes, notifications may be displayed within the application, announcements may be published on the website, or a renewed information and/or consent process may be implemented where required.

The current version of the Policy becomes effective on the date it is published on the website.
