PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Premium Membership and Subscription Terms govern the conditions of use for premium membership services offered in applications provided by Safa Başdemir under the Rasanox brand.

By purchasing a premium membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. What Is Premium Membership?

Premium membership is a paid subscription service that provides access to additional features not available in the free version of the application.

The benefits provided by premium membership may vary depending on the application. These may include, for example:

  • Ad-free experience,
  • Access to new levels or sections,
  • Additional game content,
  • Exclusive features,
  • Advanced tools,
  • Premium user benefits.

Premium benefits are also specified on the purchase screen.

2. Subscription Period

Premium membership is offered as a subscription on a monthly, yearly, or other billing cycle specified on the purchase screen.

The subscription begins on the date of purchase and remains valid throughout the applicable subscription period.

3. Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled by the user.

The renewal process is managed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant platform.

Subscription fees are charged by the applicable platform.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the subscription management section of Google Play or Apple App Store.

Cancellation of a subscription:

  • Does not immediately terminate premium access.
  • Allows the user to continue benefiting from premium features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prevents charges for the next subscription period.

Even if the application is deleted from the device or the user account is removed, subscription renewal may continue unless the subscription is separately canceled through the relevant platform.

To prevent renewal charges for the next billing period, the cancellation process must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

5. Fees

Premium membership fees are displayed on the purchase screen.

Prices may be changed from time to time.

Price changes may apply to future renewal periods.

Taxes, exchange rate differences, or local charges imposed by Google Play or Apple App Store may be charged separately.

6. Refund Policy

Premium membership constitutes a digital service that is performed instantly in an electronic environment. Therefore, once you approve the purchase and begin benefiting from premium features, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (refund right) under the applicable consumer protection legislation.

Since purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store, any refund decisions or initiatives are entirely subject to the refund policies of the relevant platform.

7. Changes to Premium Benefits

Features provided as part of premium membership may be improved, removed, modified, or updated with new features over time.

Such changes shall not be considered a breach of contract provided that they do not eliminate the fundamental purpose of the premium membership.

8. Misuse

Premium membership:

  • Is non-transferable,
  • May not be sold,
  • May not be rented,
  • May not be transferred to another account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate premium access if cheating, fraud, unauthorized payment methods, chargebacks, or other forms of misuse are detected.

9. Account Termination

If a user's account is terminated due to conduct that violates the Terms of Service, premium membership rights may also terminate.

Mandatory rights granted under applicable law remain reserved.

10. Platform Rules

Premium subscriptions are subject to the rules of Google Play and Apple App Store.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the mandatory rules of the relevant platform, the mandatory platform rules shall prevail.
